LeBron James Heat Press Conference Leaked
As we are about to reach almost a month away from LeBron James' announcement about his departure from the Los Angeles Lakers, the NBA world is still waiting on his decision. But it seems like King James is not a fan of intruding.
According to Cleveland radio 92.3's Andy Baskin, James pulled a petty move on NBA commissioner Adam Silver, who wanted the 41-year-old to make his decision quickly, as James impacts the whole of the league, particularly its scheduling.
“LeBron’s crew was probably ready to make an announcement, especially because they were in New York. The world had their eyes on New York because of the World Cup as well."
"Yeah, and so that they were probably comfortable making an announcement as early as last week that they were there, and then people were like telling them what to do." Baskin said on Baskin and Phelps.

Silver took over as commissioner in 2014, succeeding the late David Stern. While there have never been any public signs of friction between him and James, Silver certainly appears to have really annoyed James with his latest comments.
But for Silver, James' decision affects them financially, while his team will receive the important dates in scheduling (Christmas) for maximum profits.
Regardless, this seems like a small delay, and the fact that it has already been more than three weeks since James' announcement, we can expect the decision to be made around this week only.
The favorites remain the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat, and the Philadelphia 76ers. The Golden State Warriors have dropped low in the race.
Fans React to Andy Baskin's Claim on LeBron James
Upon hearing Baskin's comments, fans were frustrated on social media and blamed James for having a narcissistic personality and that he should simply announce his decision instead of testing everyone's patience. Meanwhile, some were happy James is holding back Silver and co.
"Adam Silver is a clown now I'm kind of happy Bron is waiting to announce his decision." A fan wrote, who is probably not a fan of how Silver is running the league. Silver regularly faces criticism over rising fan costs, commercialization of play, and most of all, officiating issues.
"All this s*** never comes from LeBron. Just some radio dude with no insight and yall take it to heart." Another fan said, denying the Cleveland radio reporter's credibility.
"Sir it is July 22nd why are we holding up the schedule release over a 41-year-old" a user questioned, believing that James is not important enough for the league to wait for him.
This caused outrage, as many fans replied with defense, claiming that the NBA financially runs on James, while others replied that James' team will receive important dates like Christmas for maximum viewership.
So, how long do you think LeBron James will keep the NBA fraternity waiting on his decision? Let us know in the comments.
